把域名转入Cloudflare，扣了一次钱，然后取消转入，这个是预授权的吗，还是信用卡的钱退到了Cloudflare的账户里面

.....转移一次域名，就相当于续期一年，这是域名续费价格

有时是等待转入成功了它才扣款
