As you can see from the Activity History page, the server was deleted as a part of a scheduled task created through the portal. We do not create scheduled tasks on a customer's behalf, so I believe the "Time to Live" option was selected accidentally when you created the server. Unfortunately, deleted servers are not recoverable.
