If you are using Ampere A1 Compute, it is eligible for Always Free. Always Free customers get 4 OCPUs and 24 GB of memory for Arm-based shapes, in addition to the other Always Free Compute resources.

Getting Started with Ampere A1 Compute for Free
For paid and trial accounts, Ampere A1 Compute instances have an included free tier that lets you use the first 3,000 OCPU hours and 18,000 GB hours per month for free, before you are charged.
Ampere A1 Compute is also eligible for Always Free. Always Free customers get 4 OCPUs and 24 GB of memory for Arm-based shapes, in addition to the other Always Free Compute resources.
If your project requires more resources, apply to participate in the Arm Accelerator program.
